VISIONARIA SOLUTIO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “VISIONARIA”) has created this Privacy Policy to outline how we, as VISIONARIA, use the personal information we collect from you when you use any of our games or services. We are devoted to safeguarding the privacy of our customers. Only when it is necessary to offer the service the user is using will we share their personal information with a third party without the user’s permission. Users’ data must be used in line with local regulations, and VISIONARIA must comply with these laws at all times.

Collection Methods Employed

VISIONARIA may access specific information about the user when the user uses any of VISIONARIA’s games or services. To provide and improve our services and meet the needs of our customers, we gather and use personal information. This Privacy Policy governs how we collect, retain, and utilize user information in all situations. Names, images, gender, networks, and user IDs are all included in this. VISIONARIA can collect and keep any personal information that the user has submitted on their profile when they use any of our games or services directly.

User device and carrier information, such as the MAC address and IP address, geo location, telephone number, and other information provided by the user, may be collected when the user accesses any VISIONARIA game on a mobile device.

VISIONARIA collects the billing and financial information required to process the user’s charges when they acquire a license to use in-game virtual products directly from any VISIONARIA game. This information may include the user’s postal and email addresses. VISIONARIA may also receive the user’s billing and payment information if the user’s purchase order is completed by another party, such as Facebook or Apple. Our terms of service include our rules and conditions relating to our charges and invoicing procedures. Additional regulations may apply to the acquisition of third-party credits or currencies.

VISIONARIA collects some technical information from users to monitor the use of our sites and services, (ii) delivers a more customized experience, and (iii) manages to advertise. We use this information to do all of the aforementioned. Various types of technical information are gathered by us and service providers working on our behalf, including cookies and IP addresses, as well as browsers and browser languages, referring and exit pages and URLs for various platforms, as well as how much time users spend on various pages and the state of the game. LICENSE ISSUANCE FOR USE OF THE SERVICE

VISIONARIA offers users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the services, provided that the user complies with the terms of service. No one else may use this permission. The user agrees to use the service for non-commercial reasons. To earn chips, VISIONARIA users participate in social games. Real money is not involved in the game. There is no real-world value to the chips. The user loses or gains in the game. There are occasions when virtual in-game objects may be earned, or purchased. No credit balance in actual money or its equivalent is referenced by these fictitious things. Any user’s license may be revoked at any time by VISIONARIA without explanation. VISIONARIA has the right to confiscate all or part of a user’s chips if it suspects that they were obtained in violation of the terms of service from sources that were not permitted by the company.

VISIONARIA has exclusive ownership of the intellectual property rights to the game and associated software, and the users agree and recognize this. VISIONARIA has the right to cancel the user’s service and take necessary legal action if the user engages in any violation of VISIONARIA’s intellectual property rights.

VISIONARIA’s game may be downloaded for free. To get started, VISIONARIA provides the user with complimentary chips. Limited access to our games is granted to the user under this agreement. As long as the user doesn’t lose all of their free chips, they may keep playing games. The ability to play will be lost if free chips are forfeited. Users may, however, purchase chips to participate in the game. It is important to keep in mind that any chips the user purchases or wins has no real-world value. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these chips.

It is understood and agreed by the user that chips may be lost for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to the loss of the game. Client data connection, Internet connection, inappropriate behaviour of the client, VISIONARIA server malfunction, and many more are some of the possible causes of a rapid spike in traffic, someone else using the user account, or the user account being hacked, and many more VISIONARIA disclaims all responsibility for any chips lost as a result of the proper operation or improper operation of its servers and software. The user’s chances of winning or losing are mostly determined by the cards they draw. It is understood that users are downloading VISIONARIA’s games only for their own amusement and that VISIONARIA assumes no responsibility for any harm or loss that may result from their use.

Restrictions and rules

Failure to abide by the rules of service might result in suspension, hacking, or even account termination. There are a few rules and regulations that must be followed while using the service:

Please get your parents’ permission before submitting any personal information about yourself over the Internet if you’re under the age of 18. If the user is under the age of 13, they are not allowed to use the service. Users must prevent anybody under the age of 13 from accessing their accounts for any reason. A user account may only be used for personal, non-commercial amusement. Any other use of the service, such as collecting chips from multiple accounts or any other method, is prohibited.

The user shall not engage in any unlawful conduct while using the user account.

The use of a user account for the transmission of spam, junk e-mail, advertising, or solicitation is strictly prohibited.

There must be no profanity, or discriminatory or harmful language used by the user. This includes the user’s photo in their profile picture.

Users are not allowed to cheat or hack the game in any way by using their user accounts. A user’s chips will be removed and their account will be suspended if they lose on purpose to transfer them.

VISIONARIA must provide prior written consent before allowing the user to sublicense, lease, trade, gift, sell, or otherwise transfer their user account or any related virtual objects in any way.

All virtual things (chips, bonuses) should not be purchased or obtained from unlawful methods, such as links from unknown sites or people claiming they can give you a free chip, etc.

Only one account per social network is permitted for each user. It is also forbidden to use several accounts to amass free chips. If you engage in this conduct, your account will be suspended and/or banned immediately.

Abusing free chips by using scripts and manual methods is strictly forbidden by the game developer and its users alike.

If a user has been deleted or banned from service, he or she may not use any of the services, register an account, or use an account.

If you don’t agree with the terms of service, you can’t use any VISIONARIA game or service, and your permission to use the service will be revoked immediately.

However, the user is not allowed to do any of the following:

Copyrighted material on VISIONARIA software and other copies will be removed;

If you want to copy or modify the VISIONARIA game’s code, you may use reverse engineering techniques like reverse assembly, reverse compilation, and so on.

Without VISIONARIA’s written consent, users cannot (including but not limited to) use information about the software of the VISIONARIA game or use the VISIONARIA game for these reasons, of course, without permission to develop derivative goods, works, or offerings related to the software. VISIONARIA has granted permission for the above uses.

You may not use VISIONARIA’s game to save or send the following types of information to or from any third party:

• Legislation and regulation, department regulation, or local relevant law; illegal information.
• A threat to national security, revealing state secrets, a threat to the government’s authority, and a threat to national unity.
• Damaging the national ethos and aims;
• Racial animosity, ethnic injustice, and the destabilization of ethnic unity.
• Destroying the state’s religious policy and supporting nefarious cults and occult beliefs;
• Others’ legal rights and interests are infringed upon and insulted. It encourages people to infringe on their own intellectual property and trade secrets.
• Any information that is detrimental to the welfare of a minor.
• When sending threatening or insulting communications, be careful not to mislead the recipient about the source of the communication.
• Software viruses and other programs meant to damage a computer’s functioning are included in the category of “information that includes them.”
• Use of any information that might jeopardize a user’s country’s unity and integrity; a user’s cordial relations with other countries; the integrity of the country’s defence, security, or sovereignty; or the investigation of any crime or the insulting of any other nation.

VISIONARIA has the right to revoke the license of any user at any given time.

Rules of Law and Governing Authority

The legality of the other terms of this privacy policy will not be affected if any of the provisions in this policy are found to be invalid, in whole or in part.

If a question arises about this privacy policy, the laws of the country in which the game is being played will apply to its legality, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution.

In the event of a disagreement about the interpretation or application of this privacy policy, the parties involved should first try to resolve their differences amicably. Thirty days after the occurrence of the disagreement, arbitration will be used if the parties cannot reach an agreement within 30 days of its occurrence, as required by the host country’s legislation where the games are being played.

The arbitration will take place at VISIONARIA’s registered office, which will serve as both the seat and the venue. In the event of a disagreement, any party may file a lawsuit in the court with jurisdiction in the location of VISIONARIA’s registered office, subject to the aforementioned arbitration conditions.
